Project Manager

We are looking for a success-driven and experienced Agile Project Manager that will help us to become more connected on our software development journey.

The Agile Project Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategies. The Agile Project Manager leads a cross functional development team through all phases of the product development process, from discovery, through development, to product launch.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate a highly-skilled, creative, and dynamic team on software projects
  • Facilitate communication flow between team member, customers, and stakeholders
  • Handle multiple clients and internal projects, roles, and responsibilities
  • Manage software project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
  • Manage internal, external, and subcontractor resources within the projects
  • Work closely with the production team during the preparation of the feature list and offer
  • Follow up the project status and milestones during the production
  • Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems and solutions
  • Assist in project documentation including status reports, project schedules, and budgets
  • Suggest new strategies to improve project management processes
  • Develop new business opportunities along with company directors

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MS is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT project management
  • Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Excellent knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, tools, and techniques (Agile and/or SCRUM)
  • Experience using Agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Slack, etc.)
  • Experience in release and change management processes
  • Consultancy experience in building internal and/or external systems
