SomaX is an innovative, AI-powered patient monitoring and healthcare management platform currently being developed for the healthcare sector, specifically designed to work in integration with institutions connected to nursing home branches. Its primary goal is to digitize patient care processes, ensure more effective coordination among doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and proactively manage individuals’ health conditions.
One of the key differentiators of SomaX is its artificial intelligence (AI) integration. The platform transfers collected medical data to its AI engine to generate insights about patients’ overall health, detect critical risks in advance, and provide decision support outputs to care teams.
